Davion Davis Signs with Houston Texans Amid Tank Dell Injury

Davion Davis is back in the NFL! After an injury to Texans rookie receiver Tank Dell suffered a season ending injury. Davis was a key piece in the Stallions championship run after his short stint with the XFL’s Houston Roughnecks.

Davis put together a remarkable season for Birmingham totaling 39 receptions for 575 receiving yards and 4 touchdowns for the Stallions in 2023. Upon the completion of the USFL season Davis signed with the Arizona Cardinals eventually finding his way on the practice squad from October 25th to November 21st. With Tank Dell now on injured reserve, Davis should spend the rest of the 2023 season with the Texans.

The Texans are currently 7-5 in the midst of a playoff run going into the final stretch of the NFL season. Currently the Stallions roster 55 players per fox sports. Birmingham has spent the last two years dominating the USFL winning back-to-back championships under HC Skip Holtz.
