One of the cards, dubbed ‘Card #31 (7/1/23) – Cain Catches Three Touchdowns, Stallions Win USFL Championship,’ pays homage to Cain’s decisive role in the Stallions’ 28-12 victory over the Pittsburgh Maulers. Upper Deck highlights Cain’s MVP-winning performance, particularly a crucial 40-yard reception for a touchdown in the fourth quarter that helped seal the Stallions’ championship title.
The other card, ‘Card #32 (7/1/23) – Stallions Roll Past Maulers For Second Straight USFL Championship,’ celebrates the Stallions’ successful defense of their USFL Championship. According to the press release, “Alex McGough threw for 243 yards and four touchdowns and Deon Cain caught three of those scores to lead the Birmingham Stallions to back-to-back USFL Championships with a 28-12 victory over the Pittsburgh Maulers.”
Notably, these new card packs also come with an opportunity for purchasers to receive a bonus second card. Both cards have Silver Parallel (1:10) and Gold Parallel (1:25) versions that could be found in select packs.
