USFL Week 1 Schedule Includes Sunday Triple-Header, With Prime Time Game

The long-awaited USFL schedule will be released in team drops throughout today. Starting at 9 AM ET, each team will release its schedule on their respective social media platforms.

Right now, we do have a glimpse of the Week One matchups, including a Sunday Triple-Header.

The Week 1 inter-divisional matchups to include a Sunday, April 17th, triple-header;

Houston Gamblers at Michigan Panthers (12:00 PM ET)

Philadelphia Stars at New Orleans Breakers (4:00 PM ET)

Tampa Bay Bandits at Pittsburgh Maulers (8:00 PM ET)

We also learned that tickets for all games go on sale at 7 PM tonight. The USFL is making it affordable for families as well. Two adults with up to 6 children can attend all three games for $20 total. So if you love football, Birmingham, Alabama, is the place to be for the USFL season.

“All tickets will be “single day,” which allows entry to all USFL games played on any one date. Adult general admission tickets for regular-season games are $10. In addition, each adult holding a general admission ticket can receive up to three free single-day tickets for children under 15.”

We will have to see if the team drops include broadcast schedules later today.

NBCUniversal will carry 21 USFL games, with eight on NBC, nine on USA Network, and four on Peacock. Fox will have 22 games, 12 on its flagship broadcast network and ten on FS1.

The USFL will kick off its 2022 on April 16th on Fox and NBC.
