Tim Spencer

During the 1983 United States Football League Draft, Spencer was selected with the second overall choice, ranking exactly behind Dan Marino, who, of course, did not sign with the Los Angeles Express. People tend to forget about Spencer’s golden days in Columbus when he twice cleared 1,000 yards running and was a second-team All-American. This is because Ohio State has generated a sufficient number of eight million halfbacks for the National Football League.

Spencer was a clear-cut first-round pick in the National Football League when he entered the professional ranks. However, he was drafted by the Blitz, who then pursued him thoroughly. Big money was promised by George Allen, the seasoned head coach of the squad, and he delivered on his word. Additionally, he guaranteed him a beginning position, which he also delivered on. As a rookie, Spencer carried for 1,157 yards, and the following year, he joined the Wranglers after the Arizona and Chicago clubs were traded for one another. This is a situation that is beyond comprehension and cannot be described in words. As a result of Spencer’s galloping for 1,212 yards on 227 runs and scoring 17 touchdowns, the Wranglers were able to advance to the championship game of the USFL. The Showboats were his team during his third and last season, although injuries prevented him from gaining more than 789 yards on 198 carries at that time.

Spencer is the third all-time leading rusher in the history of the United States Football League. He retired after playing for the Chargers for six less-than-stellar seasons.

Bryan Scott

According to the 2014 results of the U-19 United States International of American Football, Scott was awarded the Most Valuable Player Award and a gold medal for his performance as quarterback. Mike Wells, the play-by-play announcer at Occidental College, gave him the nickname “Division III Aaron Rodgers.” He went on to become one of the most decorated players in the college’s history.

Scott was honored with the titles of SCIAC Newcomer of the Year (2013) and Player of the Year (2016) when he was a student at Occidental. He was also selected to the First Team of the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference on two separate occasions (2013 and 2016). Not only did he win the Most Valuable Player award in The Spring League in 2018 and 2020, but he also led the Generals to victory in the Spring League championship game in 2020.

Cavon Walker

Although Walker is labeled as a defensive end, he is also capable of playing the position of defensive tackle. This kind of flexibility was seen while he was playing for the New York Guardians of the Professional Football League (XFL), where he recorded the most sacks in the league (4.5). Additionally, he recorded five tackles for loss and nine hits on the quarterback. Despite the fact that Walker has yet to play a single snap, he has already established himself as a top defensive lineman in the United States Football League (USFL). It should be a priority for opposition offenses to stop him. If Walker wants to lead the United States Football League in sacks, it is less important that he is going up against a guard or tackle and more critical that he is placed in a precise position on a particular play. Whatever the case, Walker ought to provide fans with a great deal of pleasure during the season.

Taywan Taylor

Taylor is widely considered to be the finest wide receiver in Western Kentucky’s history. Throughout his previous two seasons, he has accumulated 3,197 yards and 34 touchdowns with his passing. After being drafted by the Tennessee Titans in the third round of the 2017 NFL draft, he would ultimately be traded to the Cleveland Browns two years later. His most recent team is the Cleveland Browns. While Taylor has only turned 27 years old, he already has more than 50 receptions in his career in the National Football League (NFL). He also has a lot of potential. As the United States Football League season develops, the Sloter-Taylor tandem is unquestionably one individual to keep an eye on.

Jordan Ta’amu

While Ta’amu began his career at the New Mexico Military Academy, he later went to Ole Miss, where he served as Patterson’s backup until the latter sustained an injury in 2017.

For the 2017 season, Ta’amu started all five of the final games. During that span, the Rebels had a record of 3-2, including a victory against their traditional foe Mississippi State in the Egg Bowl. During the season, Ta’amu ended with a higher completion % (66.5 vs. 63.8), a higher quarterback efficiency rating (164.5 vs. 151.5), a higher completion percentage (9.7 vs. 8.7), and a better touchdown-interception ratio (11:4 vs. 17:9) than Patterson did.

During his senior year in 2018, Ta’amu finished second in the Southeastern Conference in passing yards (3,918), trailing only Tua Tagovailoa, a former Alabama signal-caller.

John Franklin III

Franklin earned a national championship in the Bowl Championship film while playing for Florida State in 2013 and went on to coach the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to a Super Bowl victory in 2020. He also acted in the Netflix film “Last Chance U.”

The 40-yard sprint that Franklin performed at FAU’s Pro Day in 2018 was 4.40 seconds, demonstrating that he is a danger downfield.

Kyle Lauletta

Lauletta was one of the top quarterbacks at the FCS level for three seasons (2015-2017), during which time he threw for more than 10,000 yards and was responsible for roughly 90 touchdowns in total. After winning the Most Valuable Player award at the Senior Bowl in 2018, he went on to be selected by the New York Giants in the fourth round of the draft. In the National Football League, Lauletta has only thrown five passes, and one of those passes was intercepted. In spite of the fact that Lauletta has not received a great deal of recognition in recent years, he is prepared to make the most of a new beginning and ought to be a leader on the team in Pittsburgh.

Jordan Moore

Moore has achieved an impressive feat by winning the Power 5 hurdle championship four times. Having started his college football journey as a running back and contributor on special teams, he achieved remarkable success at Texas Christian University by securing the 2014 indoor and outdoor Big 12 Conference championship titles in the 60-meter and 110-meter hurdles. Later, he decided to transfer to Louisiana State University, where he continued his winning streak by claiming the 2016 indoor and outdoor titles in the 60-meter and 110-meter hurdles.

Later, he transferred to the University of Texas-San Antonio to join the football team under the guidance of former LSU coach Frank Wilson. He assumed the role of safety. Standing at 6-foot-3 and weighing 227 pounds, he showcased his impressive speed by running the 40-yard dash in 4.41 seconds at a regional combine in 2017. It’s worth noting that during his high school years, he ran the same distance in 4.37 seconds while weighing nearly 20 pounds less.

He was chosen as the seventh pick among outside linebackers in the 29th round, the initial round in which OLBs were eligible for selection, in the USFL’s one-of-a-kind snake draft.

CJ Marable

Marable has yet to have the opportunity to showcase his skills in a significant professional match, but that shouldn’t dampen your excitement. During his last two seasons at Coastal Carolina, he managed to score 23 touchdowns by running the ball, all while maintaining an impressive average of 5.2 yards per carry. In addition, he managed to score ten touchdowns through receiving during that period, which increased the overall count to 33. Marable joined the Chicago Bears as an undrafted free agent in 2021 but, unfortunately, did not secure a spot on the final roster. Given his recent graduation from college, Marable is still in the early stages of his career and has the potential to become a skilled player in the NFL with further development. The Stallions will assist him in achieving that goal, which has the potential to significantly enhance the team’s and the league’s reputation moving forward.

De’Vante Bausby

Bausby has gained considerable experience throughout his professional career, having been involved in various endeavors since his initial entry into the NFL in 2015. He achieved victory in Super Bowl LII while being a part of the Eagles’ practice squad, and following his stint in the AAF, he successfully returned to the field with the Denver Broncos. The Generals made an excellent decision by including Bausby in their roster, and he is expected to be a powerful presence both on the field and in the locker room.

Avery Gennesy

One of the finest offensive linemen in the XFL was Gennesy, who, like another player on this list (Marquis Lucas), was highly regarded for his contributions. There was not a single quarterback pressure that he allowed on 222 pass-blocking snaps for the Houston Roughnecks offense, making him a dependable member of the offensive. Through the first five games of the season, PJ Walker led the league in passing yards, and Gennesy was a significant contributor to that accomplishment. As a result of the fact that Gennesy was working at Texas A&M at the same time that Kevin Sumlin, the head coach of the Gamblers, was working there, the two individuals already have a connection, and Sumlin now has somebody he can rely on.
